INFORMATION FOR A CUSTOM CALENDAR WE DESIGN FOR YOU:
How do I order?
Order Online:
You can order online by clicking on the SHOP button on the left of this
page! To place an order online, click on the size calendar you want.
Choose the quantity you want and follow the instructions on the screen
to finalize your order. You will then need to email or
mail your photos, the contract, and data entry sheet.
Order by Mail:
Use our Printable Order Form above, and send it with payment in U.S. $ to:

Order by Telephone:
Call 605-321-8196 to place your order.
Order by Fax:
Print out the Printable Order Form
and fax to 309-420-1435. You will then need to email or mail
your photos, the contract, and your data entry sheet.
How do I send my
photos?
Digital Photos:
We accept JPG or GIF images. For the best quality photo calendar, please
make sure your image has a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Please e-mail
your photos to lisa@awalkdownmemorylane.net
or place your photos on a zip disk or CD and mail them to the address
above.
Photos:
Select camera snapshots (for best results use 4x6 color). Use as many
pictures as desired for each month (page). Collages look terrific!
If we need to scan the photos for you, we charge $1 per photo scanned.
For an 8 ½ X 11
or 11 X 8 ½ calendar:
If you have more than one photo, you can arrange your pictures on a sheet of
unlined plain white paper how you would like them to appear on your
calendar (or leave that to us!). Picture collages cannot exceed
the 8 1/2" x 11" area on a regular sized calendar. Also, please mark
the back of each page with the month desired and your name. Single snapshots
4" x 6" will be matted and the whole page decorated to fit
a 81/2" x 11" page. All original snapshots are returned
together with your finished calendar. Please mail your photos to the
address above.
For a 12 X 12 calendar:
You can do the same technique as the 8 ½ X 11 calendar, but we
will arrange slightly different to compensate for the different size
page.
How do I send my
personal date entries?
Entry Sheets:
Use our Printable Personal Date Entry
Sheets. Please begin entries with the starting month of the Calendar,
ordered by date for each month. Please mail your printed entry sheets
with your photos to the address above.

by e-mail to lisa@awalkdownmemorylane.net.
Guarantee
Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please call us at
(605) 321-8196, to advise us of any problem. Personalized items CANNOT
be returned or refunded. Any defective item will be replaced at no charge.
Please note, we are not responsible for spelling errors submitted by
the customer.
