Contact Information
A Walk Down Memory Lane will collect information from the client for
contact and order processing purposes. The information you provide us
for this purpose will be used for this purpose only, and will not be
sold or shared in any way. We respect your privacy!
Your Photographs
The photographs you provide us to make your album, or digital projects
will be handled gently and with respect. They will not be shared in
any way. Any photographs scanned for photographic editing purposes will
not be saved. Upon completion of your order, all images used from your
photographs will be permanently deleted from our system.
Emailing your photographs
Always submit high resolutions files. For best results, submit the highest
resolution 'jpeg' file that your scanner or digital camera can generate.
This is essential for obtaining a high quality print from your file.
When scanning your photograph, choose an output resolution no lower
than 600 dpi. If your scanner does not allow you to choose a specific
dpi value, you may have the option to increase "quality" or "resolution"
while saving your file.
Web optimized files, usually 200KB or less, are insufficient for restoration
work, and will not produce an acceptable quality print.
Referrals, Recommendations, and Release
Because ours is a personal relationship, we hope you will refer us to
your friends and family should they ever need any of our services.
We also would love to post your letters
of recommendation in our marketing materials including this website.
We have a permission form you can sign, in order for us to use one of
your layouts from your album if we feel it would adequately show an
example of our work. If you choose not to sign the form, we understand
and respect your privacy and will not use any photos or layouts without
your permission.
Secure Payment processing
We have a number of ways in which you can pay us. We have accounts with
Paypal, ProPay, and a credit card
processing server on our website. We also accept personal checks, cash,
cashiers checks, and money orders. If you choose to pay by the latter
choices, we will hold your order until payment reaches us and personal
checks clear the bank (normally 10 days).
Placing
your order
Contact us via e-mail, telephone, or fax with a summary of your project.
We will then respond (normally within 24 hours) with detailed questions
regarding your project needs. After we get your response about the specifics
of your project, we will contact you to schedule a time for an initial
consultation. If you are not in the local area, we will e-mail you
a price quote, directions for sending us your photographs, and with
your approval, work on your project will begin as soon as we receive
your photos and a signed contract.
During and upon completion of your project, you will be billed through
PayPal, or invoiced if not paying
via a credit card. We will expect payment within 10 days of receiving
the Paypal or mailed invoice. When
your final payment has been processed, your completed project will be
shipped to you.
