or postal mailing your order with your payment to PO Box 79, Rock
Valley, IA 51247. If you are local, call me and we can make arrangements
for you to come pickup your order or have it delivered.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
There is free shipping on orders over $75.00 in merchandise for U.S.
customers. International shipping is figured actual cost and I will
email you with the total cost approval before credit cards are charged.
If your order is less than $75.00 you will be charged a flat rate of
$8.95.
All funds
must be in US Dollars and drawn on US Banks.
My shopping cart provides for secure online transactions of Visa, MasterCard,
and Discover using Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal
account in order to use a credit card.
Merchandise is shipped within 24 hours from receipt
of Paypal payment. If you pay with a US Money Order or cashiers checks,
or an echeck through Paypal, products will ship within 24 hours of them
clearing.
If you use a Personal Check, your products will be sent to you 14 days
after receipt of check to allow the check to clear through the banking
system. NSF checks will be assessed a $25.00 NSF fee and turned over
to the proper authorities for collection.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied
with your order, simply return your undamaged merchandise and I will
exchange your merchandise or refund the amount of your order, less shipping
and handling charges, within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you package the items you are returning without protecting them from
damage, and they are damaged while being returned to us, we cannot issue
a refund. We suggest finding a box or using cardboard to protect papers.
We do not accept returns on any special order items or diecut
machines and their accessories. We charge
a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. The credit card used for
the original purchase will be credited in the amount originally charged
for the returned item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit
to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
unless we have sent the wrong item.
To return an item, please complete the following steps:
 Circle
return item(s) on the front of the Order Confirmation Sheet you
received with the merchandise.
Write
the reason for the return at bottom of the page.
Repack
the merchandise with the original packing materials, enclosing the
Order Confirmation Sheet.

DAMAGED
ITEMS
Original shipping container must be kept in order to claim "damaged
shipment" through the postal carrier and be reported at the time the
package is delivered.
Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise (& the original shipping container)
I will replace the damaged merchandise with the same merchandise only.
Factory defective merchandise will be replaced upon receipt of the defective
product.
Call or e-mail me for a return authorization number before returning
any merchandise.
No refunds or returns on any magazines, idea books, opened software,
or opened paper/theme kits; unless proven to be damaged by shipper.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We will ship to international destinations (outside continental
US and Canada) based on the following charges (US Funds only):

WE ONLY SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS IF YOUR ORDER CAN BE
INSURED BY THE POST OFFICE. If your international destination is
not "insurable" we will not ship your order. Many apologies, but
we cannot guarantee its safe arrival if the post office can't. We
charge the cost of your order. |

Actual freight & customs charges. International customers are automatically
billed a flat rate "shipping retainer" of either $30 for orders
that total up to $50.00 or $50 for orders that total over $50.00.
Once we know the actual charge of shipping the order, we REFUND
the difference. Orders are shipped, with few exceptions, within
36 hours. |
